This is what #LifeAtBNYMellon is all about.We are looking for a Campus Recruiter to act as our liaison with universities and help us recruit students and recent graduates, mainly in Poland. This role is located in Wroclaw, Poland – HYRBID.As a Campus Recruiter, you will be responsible for end to end campus recruitment, to attend and host campus recruiting events and to support in executing effective internships and graduate programs. You should also have demonstrated experience with different sourcing strategies such as social recruiting, online job postings, etc. and excellent relationship-building skills.Responsible for partnering with hiring managers, HRBP’s and Recruiting Administration/Ops to seek out, assess, attract, and hire the best talent (both internally and externally) for both exempt and non-exempt positions.Campus Recruiter responsibilities include attending and hosting internal and external career fairs/ campus events, building effective internship programs, and evaluating junior candidates. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with various sourcing tactics, like social recruiting, Tech recruiting and excellent relationship-building skills.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following days:

  • Host in-house and external career days for students and recent graduates by department or field of expertise
  • Attend college career fairs, interact with students, and promote our employer brand
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews and perform skills assessment tests for junior positions and internships
  • Build and maintain good relationships with universities and other educational institution
  • Report on recruiting metrics after every career event
  • Advertise current open roles to online and offline at universities job boards
  • Contact university careers offices to advertise BNY Mellon opportunities, provide informative materials about our internship programs and events
  • Post job ads and source potential candidates on social media groups
  • Liaise with hiring leaders to define hiring needs and design internship programs

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Work experience as a Campus Recruiter or Experienced hires Recruiter (with Tech recruiting background preferably)
  • Experience in advertising and hiring for graduate, internships, and entry-level roles
  • Experience in hosting assessment centers and interviews
  • Hands-on experience with resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ORACEL, Eightfold or similar)
  • Good networking abilities
