We have over 65,000 employees and a presence in virtually every country around the world to address some of the most challenging global health issues.This role will be instrumental in driving and executing our analytics and pricing strategy across the MMS Hospital organization in EMEAIt will be critical in defining our analytics strategy and synthesizing data in order to provide visibility and recommendations to the business to enable senior leaders make strategic decisions.The EMEA Business & Pricing Analyst (Hospital MMS) will work with various functions across EMEA such as Marketing and Finance, with contacts at different levels of the organization including VPs and travel on occasion across EMEA.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain reporting tools and processes to enhance visibility and management of the MMS Hospital EMEA business (e.g. tracking and performance, trends, market data and insights, leading indicators, country dashboards, etc.)Work closely with the EMEA hub and regional leaders to define reporting, analytics, and operating models that enable decision making and strong business performanceWork closely with other analysts across EMEA to drive standardization in processes, where possibleCollaborate with the finance organization to support regular business review, drive forecasting processes and forecast accuracy, support budgeting processes, etc.Develop and maintain win/loss and competitor intelligence reporting.
