It is an exciting time to join our EMEA team as the region is thriving and growing rapidly.You will be responsible for all pension and benefit programmes offered to employees in the EMEA region. You will play a key role in the strategy, design and development of benefit programs while ensuring they are cost efficient for our growing organization, well understood by employees so they can make informed choices, and competitive in the market where FTI competes for talent.You will be a strategic partner with both the Human Resources Team and the business and will be expected to build pro-active and dynamic relationships to ensure that a high standard of support is provided.You will oversee a team of Benefits Managers and Advisors in the UK and Middle East.What You’ll Do

  • Working with key stakeholders, lead the design, development, and execution of EMEA benefits programmes.
  • Manage all aspects of vendor and broker relationships, including renewals, contract negotiations, and performance against SLAs.
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform and drive decisions and recommendations. Assess the use of metrics within the various functions of Benefits to determine what is required to monitor program impact and efficiency.
  • Responsible for market benchmarking to ensure benefits are competitive.
  • Develop clear and concise communications, ensuring leadership and employees fully understand the full suite of available benefits.
  • Partner with the local HR, office managers and/or external vendors to ensure robust processes and employee communications are in place.
  • Lead on harmonisation of benefits schemes across FTI’s EMEA offices in line with applicable collective bargaining agreements and industry best practice.
  • Responsible for policy interpretation and resolving escalated employee situations, as appropriate.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to understand employee concerns and business issues in the region, and assist with the development of recommendations, as appropriate, in line with FTI’s Values.
  • Ensure the benefits administration, documentation and member communication comply with legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Key role in UK Pension Governance and managing and making recommendations to the governance meetings, committee including the provision of the agenda, supporting documents and taking of minutes.

  • · Graduate to degree level or equivalent combination of experience and qualification
  • · 8 – 10 years of progressive experience in benefits, in particular in-depth understanding of multiple EMEA markets
  • · Experience with MS Office and HRIS systems
  • · Ability to build strong rapport/relationships at all levels across the business
