Embedded Software Engineer – Qt in Torino, Italy

Responsibilities

• Develop Software embedded code and debug it.

• Be able to understand embedded architectures

• Review and write Software requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback

• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. tester and product managers) to identify system requirements

• Stay up-to-date with new programming languages and technologies.

Requirements

• Proven Knowledge and work experience with Linux embedded systems, C++ programming, and Qt framework

• Proven work experience with Telematics/Infotainment equipment, embedded electronic systems, and electronic components design and ideally with backend applications and APIs

• Knowledge of vehicle CAN networks and related automotive protocols and tools (Vector tools or similar)

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

• Knowledge and experience in IoT protocols like MQTT or other

Nice to have

• Knowledge and experience in Kernel yocto

• Knowledge and experience in IoT protocols like MQTT or other

• Proven Knowledge of development process, bugs tracking, bash scripting, and d-bus ICP
