Embedded Software Engineer (C++)

We have an opportunity for an Embedded Software Engineer (C++) to join us at Honeywell, in Horsham, where you will be working as part of an agile team to design and develop the next generation of our industry leading building energy management systems.

This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and development of embedded software focusing on communications protocols, IOT and control algorithms for our latest connected buildings control and energy monitoring systems.
• Embedded software design and modelling using UML code generating development tools.
• Building upon core platforms
• Work as part of a global agile team.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree qualified in a computer science or related field.
• Strong knowledge of C++
• A good understanding of Object Orientated principles and UML.
• Multi-threaded programming
• Embedded Linux experience
