How you will spend your time:

• Monitor email deliverability traffic and client domains, analyzing data and implementing corrective actions.
• Manage high email deliverability rates and infrastructure, collaborating with providers to enhance deliverability.
• Generate regular reports on deliverability indicators and email campaign effectiveness, proposing solutions for individual domains/clients.
• Continuously monitor and quickly react to incidents related to deliverability, liaising with email providers and carriers to resolve issues.
• Develop tools for deliverability management for support, clients, and traffic.
• Conduct internal training sessions and client consultations as a deliverability specialist.
• Support maintaining deliverability knowledge base and provide technical advice for optimal email deliverability for clients.
• Monitor changes in email providers’ policies and adjust deliverability strategies accordingly.
• Manage projects related to email deliverability, coordinating activities across different teams and implementing advanced solutions with the product team

Who you are:

• You have knowledge of email deliverability issues, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• You have basic programming skills.
• You have analytical thinking skills.
• You have very good skill in the English language (min. B2 level).
