• Leadership and Management:

• Provide visionary leadership for the Physics department, setting clear direction and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Lead the development and implementation of a stimulating and challenging Physics curriculum.
• Oversee the recruitment, development, and performance management of the Physics teaching staff.
• Budget effectively to ensure the department has the necessary resources.
• Teaching and Learning:

• Contribute to the teaching of Physics across the curriculum, potentially including Key Stage 3 (Years 7-8) and Key Stage 4 (Years 9-11).
• Foster a love of Physics in students and equip them with the knowledge, skills, and understanding to excel in the subject.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and ensure all students reach their full potential.
