IPT Leader Interiors and livery

Within Dual Use Platform Organization, the IPT Leader Interiors and Livery shall be responsible to:

• Jointly with Marketing and Sales support the Customer in selecting the interiors and livery in line with its expectation and only after careful internal feasibility analysis
• Execute on time on cost and on quality any activities related to Helos customizations across all Geographies with clear objectives in terms of financial figures since the bidding phase
• Meet Customer expectation in terms of perceived Quality;
• Lead all the initiatives aimed to improve the Customer Delivery Experience managing actively all the internal and external stakeholders.

In order to guarantee the execution of the above tasks through the entire Product Life Cycle from the bid phase till in service management in synergy with the Platform Line Managers, a dedicated integrated Project team led is properly established and composed of four assigned project managers.

Requirements

Required at least 6 years experience in Project Management or in equivalent management roles and excellent soft skills in terms of inclusive leadership.
