My client, a leading third party service provider are in search of an Electrical Technician, where your skills will play a key role in ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment. Your work will support excellence, sustainability, and innovation in building services and facilities.

What You’ll Do

* Perform maintenance, repairs, and scheduled tasks on electrical systems and equipment.
* Oversee Life Safety Systems (LSS), coordinate with vendors, and manage contractor services.
* Support sustainability efforts by monitoring energy usage and planning improvement projects.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols while delivering high-quality results.

What You Bring

* At least 3 years of experience in electrical building services and plant maintenance.
* Level 6 NQAI Certificate in Electrical Craft Practice (or an equivalent qualification).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong customer focus with a positive, proactive approach.
* Competence in numeracy and computer literacy.
* A full, clean driver’s license.
