Key Responsibilities:
Team Collaboration:

– Seize opportunities for skill enhancement through coaching and mentorship. Operational Excellence:
– Uphold client contract requirements, aiming to exceed Key Performance Indicators.
– Perform reactive repairs and scheduled maintenance tasks with utmost precision.
– Adhere to established standard and emergency protocols.
– Implement and uphold the account’s Risk & Safety practices to minimize disruptions to client operations.
– Collaborate closely with the wider team to identify areas for enhancing technical service delivery. Continuous Development:
– Proactively seek and implement improvements to elevate service quality and efficiency. Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
– HV/LV Authorized Person AP15 (Training refreshers provided).
– Updated IEE: Wiring and Installation Regulations or equivalent in mechanical engineering.
– HNC & HND qualifications in engineering.
– Confined Authorized Person (Training refreshers provided).
– Mechanical Pressure Authorized Person (Training refreshers provided).
– IOSH certification. Essential Qualifications & Experience:
– City & Guilds Level 3 NVQ in electrical/mechanical disciplines.
– Previous experience in a Critical Engineering Facility.
– Proficiency in PC operations and familiarity with systems like BMS and other digital control/monitoring platforms.
