Role Responsibilities
As the Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to:
– Lead a skilled team of 8 to 15 technicians, driving improvements in safety, processes, and cost-effectiveness.
– Oversee maintenance operations, ensuring adherence to safety, health, and environmental practices while meeting compliance standards.
– Collaborate with the leadership team in implementing continuous improvement initiatives that align with the company’s commitment to innovation and excellence.
Requirements
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
– An HBO diploma or equivalent with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity within the (Petro-)Chemical industry.
– Strong technical knowledge of electrical installations, including high and low voltage systems, and proficiency in maintenance management tools.
– Exceptional leadership and communication skills in both Dutch and English, fostering effective collaboration within diverse teams and contributing to a positive organizational culture.
