Scope: Supporto EHS su entrambi i siti produttivi italiani

Purpose of the Role

The EHS Specialist (ASPP) supports the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Health, Safety & Environment management system internally at MillerKnoll Italy.

The role operates on the plants in Foligno and Graffignana and collaborates closely with the Italian H&S Manager (RSPP) and with the ASPP in Graffignana to guarantee regulatory compliance, effective risk management and alignment with MillerKnoll’s global EHS standards.

Key Responsibility

Supporto al Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione

• Support the RSPP in the operational management of the EHS Prevention and Protection Service at both sites.
• Pianificare ed eseguire le attività EHS con presenza alternata e structrata presso Foligno e Graffignana.• Collaborare dailymente con l’ASPP basato a Graffignana.

Audit, Inspection and Operative Monitoring

• Conduct regular workplace inspections and internal audits according to MillerKnoll global standards.
• Identificare rischi, condizioni non scure, non contibito e opportunità di miglioramento.

Valutazione dei Rischi e Conformità

• Support the development and updating of the Risk Assessment Document (DVR) and specific assessments (rumors, chemical agents, manual movement, VDT, physical agents, etc.).
• Contributire all’analysis of the process and all’individuation of the measures of prevention and protection.

Gestione di Incidenti, Near-Miss e Azioni Correttive

• Gestire la signaling, l’investigation e l’analisi delle cause radice di incidenti e near-miss.
• Definire azioni correttive e preventive e monitorarne l’implementation e l’efficacia.

Formazione e Cultura della Sicurezza

• Erogare formazione base sulla sicurezza relativa a procedure, equipments e beportati sicuri.
• Support corporate initiatives to sensitize and promote proactive security culture. • Collaborate with line leaders and supervisors to strengthen EHS involvement in the field.

Environmental Management

• Supporter la gestione refiuti, registri ambientali, documentation e attività obbligatorie di compliance.
• Ensure adherence to all environmental procedures and MillerKnoll standards.

Reporting and KPI Management

• Collect, analyze and report the KPI EHS required by the Group (TRIR, near-miss, audit, investigations).
• Preparing documentation and periodic reports for the global EHS function.

Global Standard and Continuous Improvement

• Support the deployment of global EHS standards, programs and compliance initiatives.
• Contributire a progetti di miglioramento continuo (ergonomia, Lean Safety, 5S, organizzazione del posto di lavoro).

Skills & Competencies

• Approccio operativo e presenza constante sul campo in industriali contesti.
• Communicazione chiara ed efficace a tutti i leveli dell’organizzazione.• Capacità di valutazione dei rischi e problem-solving con approccio structuredtato.• Attitudine collaborativa e orientamento al miglioramento continuo.• Ottime capacità organizzati e gestione delle priority su due plant.
• Experience nell’operare con ISO 14001 e ISO 45001.

Experience & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in an EHS/HSE role in a manufacturing or industrial context.
• Solid knowledge of the Italian Normative Health & Safety (D.Lgs. 81/08) and related standards.• Level professional in English for reporting and global communications.• Availability of a regular transfer between Foligno and Graffignana.• Qualify ASPP (Moduli A + B – macrosector manifacturiero) as a preferential requirement.
