The EHS Coordinator is responsible for organizing the environment, health, and safety activity in GBS Romania, responsibilities in line with legal requirements and company operating needs. Will create and maintain the structure and operating rhythm to ensure a safe work environment in Molson Coors GBS Romania.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Create & maintain the EHS framework
-Train and assess adherence to EHS framework
-Secure a safe environment in collaboration with the Facility Department
-Support employee’s wellbeing – health pillar and CSR activities in collaboration with Rewards Manager and Health Providers
-Crisis management
 

SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE

-EHS training course certificate – 180 h or Master’s Degree in EHS 
-Training course in Fire Safety
-Experience in EHS & Fire Safety field
-Ability to establish effective working relationships with service providers and business partners
-Well-organized, team player
-Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and listening 
-Good command of English and Microsoft Office
 

Preferred

-Civil Protection training course
