Including leading education of consumers, influencers, brand ambassadors (BAs) and retailer staff for key customers within EMEA with key focus on UK and ME (English content countries).What you’ll do in the role

  • Oversee Global educational content, its adaptation for EMEA portfolio and the planning of educational content to support brand penetration objectives and sales in line with targets.
  • Collaborate closely and regularly with Global education teams to apply best practices across UK & MEA.
  • Adapt Global NPD education content to support EMEA customers specific retailer needs/ training programs and customer presentations.
  • Lead and conduct training/masterclasses as needed (virtual and in person) for key customer events and/or directly to consumers.
  • Work closely with Drybar and Curlsmith Brand Managers and Retail Activation marketing team to ensure Marketing/ and Business objectives are cascading down to Brand Ambassadors (BAs) and the in store activation is synchronized with overall marketing trial plans, delivering a consistent message to final consumers.
  • Manage curriculum calendar to support product launches and skill/trainer development
  • Develop print/digital content as needed to support for local specific training activities and in line with Global brand guidelines.
  • Lead key education initiatives including product launch initiatives, virtual meetings/trainings, retailer staff packouts and in person meetings/summits
  • Lead communication to BAs for upcoming programs, business needs and anything education related.
  • Under supervision of Global Education team, develops hands-on demos to make product and ingredient learning fun and memorable in store.
  • Works in unison with Drybar/Curlsmith Brand Manager on product deliverables and time line, providing education consultancy for influencer briefs/key marketing campaigns

What will help you do the job well🗝 Essential:

  • International/EMEA Beauty Education management (Hair care).
  • Required: Experience into textured hair market, consumer & category.
  • Proven track record into Influencer Marketing & Brand Community building/management.
  • The candidate will be expected to have foundational and strategic understanding of textured hair segments with experience of integrating those nuances into execution across various creative outputs including linear, digital, social, retail, product, etc
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in front of camera/large audience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
