Dedicated to fostering long-term relationships, they prioritize client collaboration, delivering bespoke solutions that are both functional and visually appealing.Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and establish client relationships, supporting with business development efforts and project pursuits
• Support with the delivery of presentations, pitches, and attend conferences/events
• Project management and quality control across all phases of projects, alongside PMs and architectural staff
• Team leadership and mentoring
• Assist In the design and development of education projects across the West Coast.

Required Skills & Experience

• Licenced Architect in the State of California
• NAAB accredited degree in Architecture
• 15+ years of industry experience, with 10+ years in education
• Revit proficiency is highly desirable
• Prior experience with business development, client relations, and team mentoring.
