GSL Educationare currently seeking to appoint a qualified and enthusiastic Autism Practitioner for our client school in Gainsborough.Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering engaging sports sessions tailored to the needs and abilities of our students.
• Inspiring a love for physical activity and promoting the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
• Collaborating with teachers to integrate sports into the curriculum and support students’ overall development.
• Organizing and overseeing sports events, competitions, and extracurricular activities.
• Providing mentorship and guidance to students, helping them build confidence, resilience, and sportsmanship.

The successful candidate will:

• Relevant experience coaching sports, preferably within an educational setting.
• A passion for working with young people and helping them reach their full potential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students of all ages.
• An understanding of the importance of inclusivity and diversity in sports.
• Relevant coaching qualifications and certifications (desirable but not essential).
