You’ll build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring both their needs are met.Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining client engagement, understanding the schools and provisions needs whilst tailoring your recruitment solutions to match this.Managing a smooth recruitment process for all candidates. Sourcing, screening and interviewing. Ensuring they feel comfortable and understood so the perfect role can be matched with them.

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities will lead to successful business development. Expanding our client base and market presence.What We’re Looking For:

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
• Proactive Attitude: A self-starter with a results-driven mindset, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Organisational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
