You build your clients and then work with those clients repeatedly and frequently. It is incredibly fast paced and is suitable for people who are strong confident communicators and have a competitive streak.

• Writing job adverts and creating marketing profiles
• Building your reputation and relationships with schools and teachers
• Negotiating pay and charge rates with clients and candidates
• Managing your pool of candidates
• Effectively growing and servicing your client base
