Education and Early Years Lecturer – St Austell – Salary: £27,846.00 FTE (pro rata for part-time) based on experience/teaching qualification – Hours per week: up to 26 hours per week based on teaching qualification held – Weeks per year: 52 – Closing Date: 13 October 2024 – Interview Date: Week beginning 14 October 2024–Are you passionate about shaping the future of education and early years professionals?–Based at our St Austell campus, we are seeking a dedicated, experienced and qualified Early Years Educator and/or Teaching Assistant to join our growing team.–About the RoleTeaching on the full range of 16 – 18-year-old T Level Foundation Year (Level 2), Technical Diploma Level 3 and T Level programmes you will be keen to provide high quality education that inspires using your current experience in the sector. You will engage with all aspects of the teaching programmes ensuring that students participate in innovative lessons that motivate whilst also supporting progression and achievement.
–Skills & ExperienceIdeally, we are looking for someone who also has a teaching qualification (or experience of teaching/mentoring) and an assessor qualification however we would also love to hear from people with a passion for the sector and who want to be part of educating young people.–If you require further information please contact our Recruitment Team ––We have excellent terms and conditions of employment.
