Offer Description

The candidate will carry out the research
activity in the field of industrial and experimental research, and technological transfer
activities to promote and enhance the implementation of new advanced more ecological
materials in the agri-food chain. The research activity will aim to reduce the
environmental impact of food packaging materials playing on the material composition
with valorisation of agri-food residues, the effect on the packed products, in terms of
extended shelf-life and then reduction of food waste.
