Role Overview:

As an E-Commerce Integration Consultant, you will be at the forefront of driving integrated connections and providing top-tier support to our internal sales organisation and external clients. You will play a pivotal role in reinforcing the importance of E-Commerce and online order transitions throughout our organisation. Your focus will be on creating and maintaining integrated connections, driving client satisfaction, and ensuring the continued utilization of our digital solutions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

-Collaborate proactively with Account Managers to target key clients for E-Procurement integration.
-Offer local and global expertise on Insight’s fully integrated E-Procurement solutions and tools.
-Lead client E-Procurement onboarding projects from conception to completion, providing ongoing support.
-Partner with various integration tools to complete and deliver client projects.
-Engage with internal partners, particularly EDI, to drive projects to success.
-Support and/or lead training for new starters and provide initial support to engage them with Insight’s web services.
-Troubleshoot and resolve basic and complex issues for clients and Sales teammates.
-Analyse online client experiences, recommend improvements, assess key metrics, and monitor vendor service level agreements to ensure optimal service quality.
 

Qualifications:

-Proven expertise in E-Commerce in a B2B setting.
-Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
-Problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
-Understanding of global processes and their impact on E-Commerce.
-Advanced working knowledge of client side marketplace technologies (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Advanced etc.).
