Changeworks is looking for a Customer Service Manager for our EcoCosi retrofit service. If
you’re an outgoing people person with a passion for delivering quality customer service and can
bring energy and enthusiasm to work every day, we want to hear from you!

You would be joining us at a very exciting time for Changeworks as we build on our 35 years of
experience in delivering high-impact solutions for low-carbon living. We are growing and
scaling up our work and this position will play a key role.

The Customer Services Manager is a new position within our expanding EcoCosi retrofit service
delivery team and therefore at the forefront of our work to decarbonise homes across Scotland.

With a growing number of households wanting to use the service we are expanding the service
delivery team. Reporting to the Retrofit Strategic Development Manager we are looking for an
enthusiastic Customer Service Manager experienced in delivering quality customer service to
paying clients.

The EcoCosi delivery team is the public face of the service. Working alongside and supporting
our technical retrofit delivery team, you will be an ambassador for the service through
positive promotion. The key focus of the role will be client satisfaction, service engagement
as well as identifying and closing new sales opportunities. You will assist clients through
their service journey, resolve queries and issues and implement changes that can strengthen the
company’s relationship with its clients, while identifying opportunities to up-sell and develop
our current client base.

About us

Changeworks is a great place to work. We hold Investors in People Platinum accreditation
(something only a few organisations in Scotland have), and we were nominated for employer of
the year by the Edinburgh Chamber of Commerce this year. Our staff overwhelmingly would
recommend us as an employer too.

The Climate Emergency has resulted in ambitious national targets to reduce carbon emissions
from the built environment and reduce rates of fuel poverty. This has driven a significant
increase in the number of pilot and large-scale interventions delivered by Changeworks and
external organisations in this area. These include area-based domestic energy efficiency
retrofit and decarbonisation projects and programmes.

We are a growing organisation, and this role is crucial to the delivery of our ambitious
objectives. We want to decarbonise homes in Scotland on a massive scale, and that needs
talented individuals like you to help us deliver on our objectives. You’ll receive full
training plus coaching and mentoring.

We offer a wide range of staff benefits including flexible working, bike to work scheme, an
excellent pension scheme and 26 days paid holiday plus 9 public holidays per year.

At Changeworks, we welcome and encourage applications from everyone.
