We are seeking a talented Analyst – EBusiness to join our team to support us on our ongoing journey around order digitalization and automation within Customer Care & Order Operations. At least 50-100 words will suffice for both paragraphs.As the Analyst, you will be providing a professional level of eBusiness support to customer care, field sales
staff and customers by possessing a broad knowledge of Medtronic products and policies. Support
may include troubleshooting technical issues, performing root cause analyses, implementing
resolutions, and educating others on how to use eBusiness tools to accomplish key business needs.
Work in partnership with business partners across multiple departments and business units to
improve the user experience. Support new functionality of the channels by sharing knowledge and
testing functionality.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Support Customer Care Operations in all e-Business and e-Commerce related matters.
- Effectively and independently navigate inquiries and requests from external and internal customers.
- Configure and maintain e-Business objects, such as e-orders, -invoices and others.
- Analyse electronic order flows based on data from SAP / Power BI / Process Mining.
- Identify and recommend process improvements based on data analysis and customer feedback.
- Seek out and drive opportunities to improve technology through improved designs and process improvements.
- Organize, lead, and facilitate cross-channel eBusiness issue resolution in partnership with cross-functional teams outlining projects and priorities based on process improvement recommendations.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Strong analytical skillset that allows easily to understand complex issues in a complex environment.
- Advanced MS Excel experience, ideally combined with basic knowledge using SQL queries.
- Organized and motivated to work in a team to achieve the expected result.
- Positive attitude combined with readiness and willingness to take up unexpected challenges.
- Strong presentation skills to present data analysis with conclusions and recommendations
- Very good knowledge of English, additional language will be an advantage.
Work experience with external vendors/providers/software (ex.
