Our HR organization ensures the short- and long-term human capital needs by attracting, recruiting, developing, and rewarding all employees.As part of HR, the Employer Attractiveness and Talent Acquisition (EATA) Manager for Italy & Iberia designs and implements strategies to enhance attraction and talent segmentation in alignment with global goals, policies, guidelines, business needs. Leading a team, you will be responsible for both operative and strategic recruitment and employer branding activities within Iberia and Italy. You will drive One Sole Essity, aiming for the best candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction.This position reports to the Country HR Director, Iberia & Italy.We’re looking for people who embody our values, aren’t afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace. If this is you, we’d love to talk.What You Will Do:Secure performance and individual development of team members across sites in Spain & Italy.Motivate and engage the team to ensure professional support in all areas of talent acquisition and employer attractiveness.Embrace and drive Group Employer Attractiveness and Talent Acquisition principles, strategies, methodologies, tools, and processes.Translate global initiatives into actionable plans for regional implementation.Partner with local HR teams and hiring managers to drive the recruitment process.Build effective relationships with stakeholders to proactively address current and future recruitment challenges, driving talent pipelines, organizational mapping, and identification.Provide the highest level of expertise in recruiting, putting the candidate experience at the heart of the process with appropriate follow-up and feedback to emphasize Essity’s Employer Brand.Lead the recruitment and selection process to deliver qualified candidates in a timely fashion, maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at large.Engage and inspire employees around our brand vision, ensuring they bring it to life in their areas of expertise.Use data to make decisions, identify the right KPIs, and improve processes and systems.Who You Are:Passionate and proactive individual with a University Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.Minimum 8 years of Human Resources experience, preferably within a best-in-class Employer Brand and Talent Acquisition Unit, with in-house or agency recruitment experience. Experience in FMCG, Health & Medical, or Manufacturing Industries is a plus.Experienced in managing a team within an international environment.Strong understanding of HR processes and how Talent Acquisition aligns, integrates, and supports the full employee talent lifecycle.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage projects and multiple tasks simultaneously, reacting to shifting priorities to meet business needs.High candidate and customer orientation with a drive for results. Experience in complex matrix organizations and established networks with key internal and external stakeholders.Persuasive communicator with excellent consultative, coaching, verbal, and written communication skills.Result-oriented with a high sense of urgency, initiative, and ability to lead or participate in cross-functional and cross-regional teams.Change agent with proven ability to drive programs, lead people through change, and meet deliverables and commitments.Experienced with process improvement, recruiting, and employer branding metrics and analytics.Digitally savvy, proficient in all Microsoft Office products.
