An enthusiastic and self-assured EYFS practitioner who is prepared to get started is needed by a nursery in Plymouth. The suitable person will be able to prioritise the upbringing and education of children. The environment is looking for a proactive person who can use their knowledge of the EYFS and expertise to effectively assist the development of young children.

Responsibilities:

* Arrange and carry out a variety of educational activities that address the kids developmental needs.
* Track children development through observation and assessment, offering tailored assistance to improve their learning.
* Create an environment that is upbeat and stimulating while establishing trusting bonds with kids and their families.
* Always make sure the environment is secure, hygienic, and supportive.
* Participate in a cohesive and encouraging work environment by working together in a large, bustling space with a committed team.

We anticipate that you will be a fantastic employee as an EYFS practitioner, so we’ll be looking for the following:

* Have experience working in nurseries or preschools.
* Be confident with the curriculum.
* Hold a relevant qualification (Level 3).
* Provide quality support to teachers and to pupils.
* Be able to carry out small group work and work with individuals. Comfortable with providing personal care.
