Early Years Practitioner | East London | ASAP Start | GBP82.14-GBP100 per day

Reeson Education is recruiting for a nurturing Early Years Practitioner to join a vibrant primary school in the borough of Waltham Forest. This Early Years Practitioner role is perfect for someone who loves working with young children and supporting their early development across Walthamstow, Leyton, Leytonstone, Chingford, Highams Park, and Woodford.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you’ll be working with children in EYFS, supporting their learning through play and helping them develop key skills in a warm, nurturing environment. This Early Years Practitioner position involves working alongside teachers to create engaging activities and support children with additional needs including SEN.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting children’s learning and development across all areas of the EYFS curriculum
* Assisting with planning and delivering creative, play-based activities
* Providing care and support for young learners, including those with SEN or developmental delays
* Building positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
* Observing and recording children’s progress to inform next steps in learning

What We’re Looking For:

* Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare (essential)
* Experience working as an Early Years Practitioner in a school or nursery setting
* A warm, patient approach with strong communication skills
* Understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness )
* Desirable: Knowledge of supporting children with SEN, PECS, or Makaton
