Early Career TeachersAshford£30,000 to £33,814 per annum via PAYE or per main pay scaleSep 2024 – ongoingThe RoleWe’re currently recruiting on behalf of a number of Primary Schools across Ashford for Early Career Teachers We work with a range of local schools supporting them with their recruitment needs. We are committed to supporting ECTs with their first steps into education and finding the right role for you.We will tailor a recruitment plan and target schools that match your ethos and support needs. Our Primary Teaching roles can be flexible and can be short term or long term and potentially permanent dependant on the school. We also offer supply roles to support you in gaining more experience if this is a preferred route.The desired Early Career Teacher will have:

• Hold QTS or Equivalent – upcoming is acceptable too.

• Hold A DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.

• An ability to work as part of a team and bring dynamic ideas into the mix.
