An established Top 25 award winning Financial Services firm based in the city require an EA to act as the linchpin between the board members and the wider partnership team ASAP.

The Role:

• Providing support to the Management team
• Preparing agendas, collating and distributing materials for key meetings and events
• Note-taking and follow-up on action points in weekly strategic meetings
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations
• Gate keeping and drafting communications on behalf of the executives when necessary/appropriate
• Providing exceptional diary management and managing conflicting priorities
• Working to tight deadlines, last minute changes
• Typing and document amending with speed and accuracy
• Preparing for board meetings, board packs, agenda
• Act as the point of contact between the Managing Partner, other board members and the wider team

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience supporting at board/C Suite level is a must
• Previous experience working within accountancy beneficial not essential
• Minute taking experience advantageous
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Confident in handling confidential information
• Excellent communication skill across all levels of the business
• Proactive-quick in prioritising and taking action
• Strong team-player
