C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant for two Co-Founders of a successful private equity fund. Position: Executive Assistant to two Co-Founders

Salary: GBP50,000 – GBP70,000 (DOE)

Hybrid set up: 5 days in with some flexibility; Mayfair

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:

* Manage complex and constantly changing diaries for two executives
* Handle correspondence, including filtering emails and liaising with investors
* Organise travel arrangements and adapt plans as needed
* Prepare for meetings, including creating presentations and agendas
* Provide both business and personal support to executives
* Take minutes at regulatory meetings and handle expense filing
* Conduct research and support various projects across the business

What background and experience are the company looking for?

* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
* Financial services background, ideally from a boutique firm
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proactive and autonomous work style
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
* Adaptability and willingness to assist with a variety of tasks
* Interest in finance and private equity
