• Implementing the Testing roadmap.
• Establishing the competency centre
• Putting in place appropriate testing processes.
• Supporting the selection and rollout of testing capabilities/tools, with the goal of fully integrating them into our CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide centralized documentation, guidance and support to the community.

Technical and methodical skills sought

• Thorough understanding of test engineering, test management, test governance.
• Broad, hands-on knowledge on various testing tools and platforms.
• Understanding of DevOps best practices (shift-left & shift-right).
• Familiar with Agile methodology and (Scrum) rituals & usage of Kanban.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Tester/QA responsible.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills
