As E-Commerce Specialist, you will be a part of our fantastic DENS Digital Team based in our office in Denmark, reporting to the E-Commerce Manager based in Germany.You will shine here if you enjoy…

  • Animation & E-merch. Secure animation and all over onsite UX for sephora.de/se/dk, in line with international guidelines and taking into account local characteristics of the market.
  • Plan, coordinate and optimize the E-Com activation and commercial plan onsite.
  • Implement the activity plan together with the E-merch Team (Central and Local)
  • Develop and monitorize landingpages, promotions, category pages and campaigns on a daily basis.
  • Understand consumer decision journey and UX.
  • Lead onsite optimization projects incl A/B tests in collaboration with local Ecommerce team and central team.
  • Monitor and supervise our external Customer Service department.
  • Lead monitoring and follow up on KPI’s on daily basis.
  • Lead local SEO projects and optimizations
  • Digital execution. Monitor digital performance and consumer engagement: track KPIs, share best practices, etc. Plan and secure delivery on platform excellence (tagging, SEO): follow and implement guidelines, landingpages, digital animations, userguides, quizzes, ect.

  • You have a great understanding of the e-commerce/ digital market.
  • You have +3 years experience with e-commerce.
  • You are obsessed by consumer journey and UX.
  • You are enthusiastic about joining a Digital transformation team and driving towards consumer centricity user experience online.
  • You have solid technical skills (SFCC, PIM is advantage).
  • You have a great eye for animating an excellent user journey through great collaboration with all departments local and central.
  • You have a strong brand vision, creative and have understanding of good product sensitivity.
  • Data driven (Google Analytics skills is an advantage).
  • You are a great teamplayer and possess great coordination skills
  • You are fluent in English (company language) and Danish or Swedish.
