GLOBAL E-COMMERCE PROJECT MANAGER – TEMPORARY ROLE – 7months mat coverLocation: AmsterdamThis Global E-Commerce Project Manager position is an exciting e-Retail opportunity for a candidate to contribute to the development of COTY’s digital acceleration, with the ultimate objective to contribute to net revenue growth, penetration, and online market share gains. This is a high impact role with a lot of autonomy in a highly prioritized department within the company.RESPONSIBILITIESAs our Global E-commerce Project Manager you are responsible for Digital acceleration, E-retailer collaboration and Brand building.Your main focus :

• Ecommerce Strategy Development, Deployment and Project Management, with high focus on priority international pureplayers (e.g. Amazon, Notino). Develop and implement comprehensive indirect ecommerce strategies tailored to Coty’s brands to drive global sales, increase online market share, and enhance customer experience.
• Lead and manage ecommerce projects from conception to execution. Projects included but not limited to distribution expansion, building digital capabilities and tools for local eCommerce teams/global brand teams, fostering commercial uniformity and best-in-class global program expansion, market intelligence data and competitive research.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor Global Indirect eCommerce key performance indicators (KPIs) and international pureplayer Global Joint Business Plans (JBPs), analyze data, and generate actionable insights to improve performance and course correcting to targets each month in partnership with local markets.
• Budget Management: Manage the Global Indirect ecommerce budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to drive ROI.

As a Global E-Commerce Project Manager you are passionate about beauty and feel energised from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you will have:

• 5+ years of CPG E-Commerce experience with comprehensive knowledge of international pureplayers business model and E-retail strategies (Amazon experience required)
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and influence across multiple levels and functions and drive coordination across groups
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with demonstrated data driven approach to business management
• Fluent English, both spoken and written, other languages are a plus
