• Drive the strategic development and global implementation of the E-Commerce process landscape Foster global best practice in E-Commerce process efficiency
• Act as customer advocate for E-Commerce Processes with ZF business stakeholders and conduct training/knowledge transfers
• Develop new and existing processes applying lean & SixSigma methodologies
• Serve as an interface with central and regional functions (especially IT, logistics, Ops & finance) to enable e-commerce specific processes within the wider ZF organization (e.g. drop-shipment) and drive / consult E-Commerce projects within local markets.
• Monitor market developments in e-commerce logistics and align closely with global subsidiaries
• Lead the development and operation of marketplace solution for ZF to consolidate order books & penalty management from different E-Retailers

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Management, E-Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in E-Commerce, Supply Chain, Finance or related fields, with a focus on process development, implementation, or optimization.
• Hands-on experience in supporting or managing E-Commerce processes in a global or multi-regional environment.
• Strong understanding of E-Commerce platforms, order management systems, and marketplace solutions.
• Basic knowledge of IT systems and tools that support E-Commerce operations (e.g., ERP, CRM, WMS).
• Experience in logistics, drop-shipment models, or inventory management in an E-Commerce context.
• Experience in supporting E-Commerce projects, with an understanding of project management tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of the European E-Commerce market and the market where the position is based, including local trends, consumer behavior, and key players.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process bottlenecks, track KPIs, and derive actionable insights for improvement.
• Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Team player with the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
