In Axa Partners we are looking for our next E-Commerce IT Tribe Lead!AXA Partners continues the digital transformation with more and more cross-functional and digital assets supporting our customer journey, providing 24/7 services and integrated with our partners. Technology and Data are crucial in supporting this transformation. Within AXA Partners’ IT department, the Sales Marketing and Distribution IT department oversees our e-commerce, CRM and Partners engagement layer solutions.Within this department we are looking for our E-Commerce IT Tribe Lead.The E-Commerce IT Tribe Lead has the full accountability of the e-commerce products throughout the entire life cycle, including user needs collection, build, rollout, operations, support, continuous improvement, budget management and communication. The E-Commerce IT Tribe Lead is instrumental in ensuring the sustainability and the cost efficiency of its products with the primary target to deliver business value.What does your daily role entail?This role will be on top of a key transformative asset for eCommerce activity plus other complementary assets:· Be accountable of a challenging roadmap delivery.· Manage high level stakeholders to drive the right level of traction towards transformation assets.· Be accountable of Quality of Service of assets under the scope.· Be accountable of supporting business cases by delivering expected features at expected level of quality and timing.· Be accountable of estimates on Change Requests, User Stories, Project efforts.· Be accountable of delivery operating model and provider management for both external staff and services.· Be accountable of all IT Business as Usual activities of the assets under the scope.· Be accountable of the overall application architecture, cost efficiency and its scalability.· Be responsible for stability and security of the named portfolio in line with changes requested by the business.· Be responsible to ensure the changes are delivered in terms of quality, budget & stability for the present, medium and long terms aims of the portfolio.· Develop and manage services as a product across their entire lifecycle: lead the ideation, development, launch, pricing and continual improvement of innovative products to drive maximum customer satisfaction.· Interact with senior professionals all cross the organization (project managers, business owners, finance, underwriting, marketing, sales, human resources, communication…) on both technical and non-technical topics.· Assist in shaping business requirements into viable and valuable enhancements.· Provide clear and concise professional analysis and explanations to senior management on projects (current and future) to aid in budget planning and forecasting.· appropriate users· Mange a team of tech leads and delivery managers.QualificationsTechnical/Functional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • +15 years’ experience on IT with proven and solid track record on IT delivery of complex and large programs
  • +5 years’ experience on eCommerce programs
  • Management capacity of a large team (

40 FTE) combining internal and external resources * Engineering background and degree, ideally in computer science

  • Deep experience in Agile Methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, …) as well knowledge of predictive methodologies such as project management (PMI) and ITIL.
  • Technical background (preferably with Software engineering and coding experience).
  • Proven experience working with large and matrixial organizations
  • Understanding of insurance and assistance business
  • Ability to analyse and understand both technical and business documentations and deduce valid requirements which can be translated into viable products.
  • Ability to manage large number of parallel projects with shifting priorities.
  • Ability to direct and design solutions based on available and future technologies and architectures
  • Ability to forecast and plan budgets and resources for upcoming deliverables.
  • Ability to manage expectations, both internal and external without compromising solution integrity in the face of shifting priorities.
