E-COMMERCE CONTENT GRAPHIC DESIGNERCONSUMER PRODUCTS DIVISION, E-COMMERCE ACTIVATION TEAMResponsibilities:

• deliver highly performing e-commerce content,
• develop content for e-commerce activations at Key Retailers at Consumer Products Division,
• coIlaborate closely with E-Activation Managers, E-eventing Manager and E-commerce Brand Managers,
• develop content on their briefs and I understand activations’ objectives & business context,
• review global online activation master assets library and use them to develop campaign creations.
• develop of all creatives for Key Retailers and develop high quality content that meets technical and legal specifications,
• track & learn creatives performance and set rules/ best practice/ guidelines for next activations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in graphic design for e-commerce in retail, beauty or fashion/ accessories industry
• Creates visual concepts on given insight and activation idea
• Adapts master concepts with high quality standards
• Understands shopper path & UX rules
• Understands A/B testing assumptions
• Ensures technical and legal compliance regarding the production
• Prefers frequent interactions and brainstorming with team members
• Flexible and open minded, easly gets inspired, brings fresh ideas
• Masters design tools Adobe CC: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (animation 2D)
• Polish language native level to understand nuance in marketing/sales communication
• Able to communicate in English in business environment
