Your role

We are looking for a RB.COM E-Commerce Calendar, who is a cross-functional and cross-countries role responsible for managing the online activities planning for RB websites, working closely with the eCommerce managers. These activities include brand campaigns, e-commerce promotions, product launches and more.

He/She is also responsible for coordinating the various CRM activities related to the brand, working closely with the CRM shared services team.

Additionally, he/she is responsible for coordinating, managing, and supervising the editors’ team, providing guidance on priorities and planning.

Main responsibilities:

  • Own overall online marketing calendar for RB eCommerce, in constant alignment with the local e-commerce managers.
  • Liaise with Global functions such as Marketing, Brand Team, Product & Planning Team, PR and Social Media for integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Constant alignment and collaboration with Retail Team to ensure consistency and timely executions of activities in DTC channels
  • Drive marketing communication strategy structure based on brand calendar alignment
  • Kick-off project overview plans with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure on time and qualitative execution of the marketing calendar partnering with the content team.
  • Stick to the different banner pillars and products in the definition of the calendar activities.
  • Partner with CRM CoE to plan and deliver customer retention and loyalty strategies.
  • Collaborating with E-commerce Managers to define and ensure the promotional calendar.
  • Ensuring promotions are correctly configured and go live on time across various countries.
  • Monitoring the performance of promotions and suggesting future optimizations.
  • Managing and supervising editors’ team, by providing guidance on priorities and planning.
  • Promptly resolving issues related to content publication.

Main requirements:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience and/ or e-commerce business experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Simple and fast, detail oriented but keeping always big picture in mind providing fast solutions
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Ability to develop and analyze financial/ business data
  • Proficient in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
