We are recruiting a Dynamics 365CE Functional Consultant Sales & Customer Service to reinforce our team in Madrid with the possibility of working on a hybrid basis.Responsabilities:

• Deliver quality developments (customization and integration) with defined quality standards.
• Go through functional design of given business requirements for functional solution and create detailed functional design document (FDD).
• Work closely with technical consultants to understand requirements.
• Report progress periodically to lead/project manager and assist them in reporting.
• Check in/check out code in Azure DevOps and update work items.
• Elaboration of test plan documents.
• Solve functional issues encountered during testing cycles.
• Provide training sessions to the customer.

What we are looking for:

• Functional Consultant with 3 + years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE platform;
• Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE framework and platform (sales, customer service, field service, customer insights);
• Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE design and development experience;
• Demonstrable knowledge in customization, low code flows and Apps over Power Automate and Power Apps;
• Knowledge of capabilities of the supporting software in the Microsoft stack such as Power Platform and Azure integration tools is a plus;
• Experience in using Azure DevOps for code management and requirement management;
• Good understanding of project methodologies especially Agile (JIRA);
• Microsoft certifications are a plus;
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
