We are recruiting a Dynamics 365CE Functional Consultant Sales & Customer Service to reinforce our team in Madrid with the possibility of working on a hybrid basis.Responsabilities:
- Deliver quality developments (customization and integration) with defined quality standards.
- Go through functional design of given business requirements for functional solution and create detailed functional design document (FDD).
- Work closely with technical consultants to understand requirements.
- Report progress periodically to lead/project manager and assist them in reporting.
- Check in/check out code in Azure DevOps and update work items.
- Elaboration of test plan documents.
- Solve functional issues encountered during testing cycles.
- Provide training sessions to the customer.
What we are looking for:
- Functional Consultant with 3 + years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE platform;
- Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE framework and platform (sales, customer service, field service, customer insights);
- Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE design and development experience;
- Demonstrable knowledge in customization, low code flows and Apps over Power Automate and Power Apps;
- Knowledge of capabilities of the supporting software in the Microsoft stack such as Power Platform and Azure integration tools is a plus;
- Experience in using Azure DevOps for code management and requirement management;
- Good understanding of project methodologies especially Agile (JIRA);
- Microsoft certifications are a plus;
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
