• Provide support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email

• Record and track customer inquiries and feedback

Requirements:

• Native-level fluency in Dutch
• B2 English proficiency for internal communication
• Must be an EU citizen or hold a valid work permit for Portugal
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon immediately
