Whether you are passionate about customer service, football, or sports in general, we want you on our team.Your Responsibilities:
- Coordinating market-specific tasks
- Team responsibility for another colleague
- Reporting to the Head of Country Operations
- Contacting customers via email, phone, and live chat
- Translating product descriptions, blogs, newsletters, etc.
- Managing social media (Instagram & Facebook) and AI and automation tools (e.g., chatbot)
Dette søger vi:It is not a requirement that you have previously worked in customer service, but you must be willing to learn.We are looking for someone who:
- Are comfortable talking to customers
- Are willing to learn about sports and football products and follow the latest trends in the football world
- Most importantly, you speak and write Dutch at a professional level

Practical Information:
Working hours are Monday 08:00-17:00, Tuesday-Thursday 09:00-17:00, and Friday 09:00-15:30. This is a full-time position of 37 hours, and you will be employed directly by Unisport in a permanent position.You will be offered a monthly salary based on your qualifications.As part of the recruitment process, we collect criminal records and references.
