Cross Border Talent is hiring a Dutch Speaker as a Travel Advisor to work remotely based in Bulgaria.Do you want a new challenge in a multicultural company?We have the job for you!!!What will be your mission?
- Answer Inquiries;
- Resolve Issues;
- Update Information;
- Update documentation
- Ensure Satisfaction;
- Provide and offer Guidance;
- Analyse issues;
- Assess reports;
Requirements:
- EU citizenship or Bulgarian residence permit;
- Dutch C1 + Good knowledge of English (B2 level);
- Good computer skills;
- High School Diploma;
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening.
- Work experience in the travel, airline, hospitality or similar industry is an advantage
- Work experience in a customer experience center is an advantage
- Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
Benefits:
- Monday-Friday 10am – 7pm
- 1 month training remote from 9am to 6pm;
- Permanent Contract;
- Base salary
- Monthly transportation/internet allowance of 50 BGN net paid in addition to the base salary
- Bonus for important life events (marriage or university graduation)for the amount of 500 BGN
