DSO Manager – European Position & Remote
Our client is a renowned player in the dental market with clients and business all over the continent, especially those working in implantology, the therapeutic area of the future for the orthodontics industry. To this end they are on the look out for a DSO expert to take on their European clientele and maximise growth for dental organisations throughout Europe. Our client is well known, has a massive scope and is offering a great remuneration package, with unmitigated growth and the chance to work independently and pro-actively.
Responsibilities
– Oversee TOP DSO organizations to achieve the monthly, quarterly and annual targets and provide guidance for the local sales organizations inclusive involvement in important customer discussions.
– Jointly with VP of Sales EMEA identify and define business focus in budget and regular planning cycles.
– Create relationships to KOLs within the DSO organisation to support their business needs.
– Engage directly clinical directors within DSOs and clinicians, build reference clinics, and create business opportunities.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience.
– At least 3 years’ experience in a similar DSO function in dental industry.
– At least 5 years experience in a Business Development or sales related function in dental or medical device industry.
– Strong capabilities in English (speaking and writing) is a must, further languages a plus.
– Experience in Project Management and solid analytic skills.
– Experienced in working in matrix organization with strong track record of working in a global set up.
– Must have ability to segment markets and customers with previous successful record of achievement in developing sales and marketing strategies.
– Dynamic, straight-forward and performance-driven professional with strong execution abilities, can-do attitude and strong communication & presentation skills.
– Resilient – able to adapt and perform in changing customer and organizational environments.
– Self-starter with ability to develop things, using previous extensive DSO experience.
– Willingness to travel about 50% of the working time.
– Strong business ethics and integrity.
