Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role: As a Drama Teacher at our exceptional school, you will have the opportunity to nurture students’ creativity, foster a love for the performing arts, and contribute to a vibrant, supportive learning environment. We are looking for a professional who can deliver engaging and innovative drama lessons, inspire students, and contribute to our thriving drama department.Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality KS3 and 4 Drama lessons for students with varying abilities.
• Create a stimulating and inclusive environment that encourages student participation and creativity.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to enhance their performance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the drama curriculum and school productions.
• Engage with parents and guardians to support student development and celebrate achievements.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant teaching qualification (QTS) and experience in teaching Drama.
• A passion for drama and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive school culture.
