About the role:Are you a highly organised professional with proven experience in providing excellent customer support or donor stewardship in a fast-paced environment? Do you have excellent written skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels? If so, becoming Imperial’s new Donor Relations Coordinator in the Advancement Division could be the perfect next step for you.What you would be doing:Following the launch in March 2024 of Imperial’s bold and ambitious strategy, Science for Humanity, we are preparing to launch a comprehensive fundraising campaign to support its delivery. Reporting to the Donor Relations Manager within the Campaign and Supporter Engagement Team, the Donor Relations Coordinator works in collaboration with colleagues from across the Division (and the wider university), to plan and deliver activities that enhance the donor experience and support our campaign goals. This includes managing a portfolio of donor relations activities, focused on acknowledgement, recognition, stewardship and impact reporting.This is a busy and varied role and presents a unique opportunity to build experience and skills across a broad range of areas. You will provide outstanding support of activities which maximise high-quality interactions to deepen engagement with our major and principal gift donors. You will provide administrative assistance to support the team’s day-to-day delivery and work on key projects. Working closely with the Donor Relations Manager and Donor Relations Officer, you will use your initiative and creativity to identify opportunities to improve team processes and our wider Divisional offering.What we are looking for:

  • You will enjoy working collaboratively in a fast-paced team and providing outstanding support across a range of varied tasks.
