The position

As a Document Controller at Novo Nordisk, you will offer exceptional administrative support as part of a dynamic and ambitious green field expansion project in Hillerød.

Your main tasks will be:

-Set up the document management process in the department based on Novo Nordisk standards and handle the process of managing the List of Document register
-Coordinate document management deliverables, follow-up and progress reports to ensure timely submission
-Secure effective execution of the document control process, ensuring compliance with Novo Nordisk Quality Management System and standard operating procedures and standards for project documentation in various IT systems
-Train users in the document control process and system and provide ad hoc support
 

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:

-Ideally 3+ years of proven work experience in a similar role, involving the document control process

-Experience in creating a document management plan and governance from the beginning of a project
-Working knowledge of SharePoint, MS office and ideally Veeva Vault
-Fluent spoken and written English

As a person you are highly structured and persistent. You are a team-player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders, as well as being independent and proactive. You thrive in a dynamic department, and you are used to handling a variety of tasks.

About the department

Our team is working to expand the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) capacity of our Biotech production in Hillerød. You will become a part of one of the most significant expansion projects in Novo Nordisk – and when finished, the facility will employ approximately 340 colleagues. The highly automated facility will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology that is flexible to accommodate new processes and products. It will expand our capacity for our portfolio of clinical late-phase products to serve more people living with serious chronic diseases, including rare diseases.
