Je start je loopbaan als lab manager RD&I in onze productieplant in Hanau (Duitsland). Na enkele jaren word je binnen één van onze Antwerpse productie-intallaties ingeschakeld voor o.a. opdrachten met betrekking tot het opvolgen van het dagelijkse productieverloop en de productieplanning, de optimalisatie van het productieproces en de uitwerking van nieuwe projecten.Profiel

• Doctor in de scheikunde, met speciale interesse in procestechnologie
• Je beschikt over sterke sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden
• Je hebt zin voor verantwoordelijkheid en kan zelfstandig werken
• Potentieel en interesse om op termijn door te groeien tot een leidinggevende functie in een productieomgeving
• Een goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels is een must, kennis Duits is een pluspunt
• Je voelt je thuis in een internationale omgeving
