• Research:

You are an ambitious, internationally oriented and quantitative researcher with expertise related to the research spearheads of the Department Work and Organisation Studies (i.e. Corporate Social Responsibility, Human Resource Management, Leadership, Organisational Behaviour, Quality of Labour, Careers, Employability, and/or Organisation Studies). You develop your own research line and publish in international top journals within the field. You have an outspoken interest in fundamental scientific research and also perceive opportunities for valorization of research findings and applied research.

• You have a PhD in Human Science (e.g., business, economics, psychology, sociology, pedagogy), or you will defend soon (before October 1st).
• You have research expertise in a field of research that touches upon one or more topics that touch upon the research spearheads of the Department Work and Organisation Studies (e.g., careers, employability, leadership, work motivation or strategic HRM). Research experience in the domains of careers and employability, work motivation, leadership or strategic HRM is a plus.
• You have excellent writing skills and have an analytical and critical mind.
• Your spoken and written English and Dutch are excellent.
• You are collegial and work in a proactive and autonomous way. You have a passion for scientific research.
• Experience with teaching is preferred.
