We are looking for volunteer career mentors in Copenhagen who are willing to spend 2-4 hours a month with a mentee with a migrant background who is seeking a job or education within your field: Human resource.MENTOR PROGRAM AT FORENINGEN LIGE ADGANG:Karrierebroen is a career mentor program for people with a migrant background. As a career mentor, you have the opportunity to support individuals in overcoming barriers and finding their footing in the Danish labor market.We have mentees in Copenhagen who are looking for a mentor who works with Human resource. Could this be something for you, or do you know someone who might be interested in becoming a mentor?Through a 6-month mentoring program, where you dedicate 2-4 hours monthly, you can share your advice and experiences with someone who has the same professional background or interests as you and help your mentee achieve their employment goals. Before the mentoring program begins, we ensure that you are well-prepared for the mentor role, and you will be offered a mentor course, professional webinars, ongoing support, and access to a network of resourceful mentors.

SIGN UP AS A MENTOR IF YOU:

• Want to offer your support and share your advice and experiences with someone who has the same professional background or interests as you
• Can dedicate 2-4 hours a month for a period of up to 6 months
• Are willing to plan 1-2 meetings a month with your mentee
• Want ongoing support from the Association Lige Adgang, including access to relevant tools and materials
• Want to expand your intercultural understanding and gain insight into barriers and biases in the labor market
