The University of Manchester is seeking a dedicated Divisional Administrator to join our Division of Pharmacy and Optometry within the School of Health Sciences. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive and proactive PA and administrative support to divisional staff, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities. You will be at the heart of our academic community, liaising with staff, students, and external partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.As a Divisional Administrator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including arranging meetings, managing travel and accommodation, supporting recruitment processes, and handling financial transactions. This role requires flexibility, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
