Designing of a common Division understanding of Lean-Management (within its culture, tools, methods and processes) and developing a Lean Strategy to be implemented Division-wide, based on the Corporate WIN Strategy

Initiating and conducting Lean programmes, Kaizen events, workshops and projects at the various locations of the Division to strengthen the Lean Management progress in PHDE

Delivering and facilitating trainings and workshops, coaching of individuals and teams to spread “Lean thinking”

Providing high level of technical and operational recommendations – consulting about Lean strategies, tools, methods and the Lean culture

Supporting effective Change Management, leadership and optimisation in implementing the Corporate WIN strategy

Regular auditing of all processes

Collaborates with all DMT functions on the implementation of a business development strategy

Overall coordination of all Lean management activities to achieve a PDCA culture and thus customer satisfaction at highest productivity level

Lead the initiation, preparation and active participation of Kaizen Events in the Division in order to improve Division performance

Coordinates necessary Division personnel for layered audit process to assure involvement of all levels.

Communicates and promotes state of the art standards and techniques

Works with Division leadership to ensure that individual performing functions affecting Lean are trained and demonstrate the appropriate skills and performance results.

· Degree in Engineering or related field with 3 years or more of experience

in the realization of Lean Management projects

· Profound knowledge of Lean Management, its implementation, prospering and working practices

· Experience as Trainer and Facilitator with excellent communication skills

· You are a generalist rather than a specialist and due to that flexible and adaptive

· You have the ambition to help everyone succeeds, you give appreciation and inspire others to make progress

· You speak with data and use these to analyse and optimise current situations within the teams

· You balance technical solutions with time, cost and human factors

Demonstrated leadership, project management, facilitation and problem-solving skills.
